Head of Community Growth
Position’s Core Function
The Head of Community Growth will spearhead development and execution of Local SENT chapters, serving as the leader fostering in-person community engagement for SENT. This person will design, implement, iterate, and scale SENT Local chapters and Local Leaders nationwide.
Location: Remote, with travel 1-2 times / month
Commitment: FT / 40+ hours/week
Growth Opportunity: High ownership with potential to build out team based on growth
Compensation: Based on experience with bonus opportunity

Responsibilities
Develop and refine processes and systems to launch and grow Local chapters
Recruit, vet, and onboard new Local Leaders
Create leadership tools and resources to foster community engagement for Local Leaders
Work with Local Leaders to launch initial events, setting a foundation for each Local chapter
Own Local program iteration with goal of implementing a sustainable, evergreen growth model
Manage Local budget, ensuring Local is on a path to sustainability
Ensure Local chapters and leaders are aligned with SENT’s vision and operational standards
Desired Experience & Qualifications
Can recruit, inspire, and mobilize leaders nationwide
Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, is able to operate independently
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Has an eye for event design and experience with event planning
High attention to detail and operational excellence
Preferred: 4+ years experience scaling a chapter-style organization or program
