FELLOWSHIP COACH

Location: Remote coaching sessions via Zoom

Timing: Starting every quarter

Commitment: One-year contract, 5-6 hours/month (per cohort). Lead one or more cohorts of SENT Fellows (Catholic business leaders) in twice-monthly group calls and individual sessions.

Experience: 5+ years in business and leadership coaching

Compensation: Competitive market rate

MARKETING COORDINATOR

Location: Remote

Availability: Contract role for 15-20 hours per week

Core Function: will work closely with the marketing team, supporting efforts across content creation, social media, email marketing, data analysis, market research, and light graphic design.

Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Compensation: Competitive based on experience

COMMUNITY MANAGER

Location: Remote

Availability: 40+ hours per week

Core Function: owns the success of our SENT Essential platform, executing and improving upon these offerings to ensure an excellent baseline member experience; highly collaborative role between Community Success team, marketing, and sales

Experience: Minimum of 3-5+ years in membership organizations, community management, customer success, or event coordination.

Compensation: Competitive based on experience
