Operations Manager

Logistics

Location: Remote
Position: Full-time employment
Reporting to: Head of Member Engagement
Compensation: Competitive market rate

Responsabilities

  • Manage and maintain SENT’s tech stack, including HubSpot, Stripe, Hivebrite, Zapier, Make, and Airtable

  • Monitor and document system workflows and integrations

  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of member and operations data

  • Analyze membership data to provide insights to the Community Success and Leadership teams

  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports

  • Manage and execute incoming operations requests

  • Resolve billing, access, automation, and reporting issues

  • Reduce repeat problems through system improvements

  • Design and build no-code automations and workflows

  • Dedicate 10% of time to new operational solutions

Desired Experience & Qualifications 

  • Experience

    • Managing and building with SaaS and no-code tools

    • HubSpot Administration

  • Strong understanding of automations and integrations

  • Proven ability to manage data with precision

  • Comfort supporting multiple teams with competing requests

  • Ability to work independently with clear ownership

  • Clear written and verbal communication
