Reporting to: Head of Member Engagement
Compensation: Competitive market rate
Responsabilities
Manage and maintain SENT’s tech stack, including HubSpot, Stripe, Hivebrite, Zapier, Make, and Airtable
Monitor and document system workflows and integrations
Ensure accuracy and consistency of member and operations data
Analyze membership data to provide insights to the Community Success and Leadership teams
Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports
Manage and execute incoming operations requests
Resolve billing, access, automation, and reporting issues
Reduce repeat problems through system improvements
Design and build no-code automations and workflows
Dedicate 10% of time to new operational solutions
Desired Experience & Qualifications
Experience
Managing and building with SaaS and no-code tools
HubSpot Administration
Strong understanding of automations and integrations
Proven ability to manage data with precision
Comfort supporting multiple teams with competing requests
Ability to work independently with clear ownership
Clear written and verbal communication
