  • Arthur Brooks is a professor at the Harvard Kennedy School and the Harvard Business School, where he teaches courses on leadership and happiness. He is also a CBS News Contributor, columnist with The Free Press, and host of the weekly podcast “Office Hours with Arthur Brooks.”

    Brooks is the author of 15 books, including the #1 New York Times bestsellers,  Build the Life You Want, co-authored with Oprah Winfrey, and From Strength to Strength: Finding Success, Happiness, and Deep Purpose in the Second Half of Life. His next book, The Meaning of Your Life: Finding Purpose in an Age of Emptiness, will be released on March 31.

    Brooks is one of the world’s leading experts on the science of human happiness, appearing in the media and traveling the world to teach people in private companies, universities, public agencies, and faith communities how they can live happier lives and bring greater well-being to others.

  • Sarah is a Principal and Director of Mission and Thought Leadership at Innovest, leading business development in both the faith-based and secular nonprofit markets. Sarah has more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit development, marketing, event planning, and business development and successfully ran her own small business for 15 years.

    Sarah began her nonprofit career at Seeds of Hope, helping low-income families in Denver access tuition assistance for private education. She later served as the Development Director for Bella Health and Wellness, providing financial medical aid to women in need, and as Social Media Director for Families of Character, a nonprofit focused on family character development. Before joining Innovest, she used her business to support fundraising and advocacy for local nonprofits, excelling in sales and marketing.

    Sarah currently serves on the board of FIERCE Athlete, the Christian Leadership Alliance Advisory Council, the Arrupe Jesuit High School Jobs Board, and the Finance Committee for Seeds of Hope. She is also a member of the local Legatus board and a Leonine Fellow. Sarah holds a Master’s Certification in Public Relations from the University of Colorado and a B.A. from West Chester University, and she is a certified BoardSource consultant. Her work has been published by the Christian Leadership Alliance and the National Catholic Register. She lives in south Denver with her husband and their four children.

  • Fr. Nathaniel Haslam was born in Harrisburg, PA in 1976. He is an RPI graduate with Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Minor in Mechanical Engineering. While working for Xerox, he planned to create his own Fortune 500 company before God called him to the priesthood. During his 12 years of priestly training, he received degrees in both Philosophy and Theology as well as founded the ‘International Leadership Semester’, a certified leadership study abroad program at the European University of Rome. He also helped organize and coordinate the Vatican Executive Summit in which world economic leaders were invited to discuss a global ethics strategy to respond to the economic crisis in 2009. He was ordained a priest of the Legionaries of Christ in Rome in 2010.

    Living in Houston for 14 years, Fr Nathaniel has served as chaplain of the Lumen Institute (www.lumeninstitute.org) for business and cultural leaders. He has also served as the National Corporate Ethics Advisor for the US Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. He is currently the International Chaplain for the Lumen Institute. Fr Nathaniel has also published three books: ‘The Future of Leadership’(2020), 'The Source and Summit of Leadership'(2022) as well as his autobiography 'Seek the Treasure: Lessons on Life and Leadership' (2022). In 2025, he completed his Doctorate in Theology and Pastoral Leadership at the University of St Mary of the Lake. Fr Nathaniel enjoys the outdoors (hiking and biking), reading, travel, good conversations over coffee and helping leaders bridge Sunday-into-Monday through one-to-one life-coaching and small group gatherings.

  • Rob Hays is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Ashford Hospitality Trust, a publicly-traded hotel ownership company with more than 70 hotels across the United States. Mr. Hays worked at Ashford for nearly 20 years before his retirement from the company in 2024.  He is an investor and a board member in several other companies including ExoStat Medical and Presidio Healthcare. 

    Mr. Hays is involved in several charitable, formative, and faith organizations. He is the Chairman of the Board of the Aquinas Institute for Catholic Life at Princeton University and the Chairman of the Board of the Ethics and Public Policy Center (EPPC) in Washington DC.

    In 2008 he co-founded the Dallas Business Ethics Forum, which meets quarterly to provide business leaders regular formation in ethics, philosophy, natural law, and Catholic Social Doctrine. Every spring in Dallas he puts on the annual Successful Fathers Conference, now in its 27th year.  He and his wife Alicia have hosted over 50 lectures over the past decade in their home, called the Cottonwood Lectures, on topics of faith, family, and culture.

    Mr. Hays earned his A.B. in Politics with a certificate in Political Economy from Princeton University and later studied philosophy at the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross in Rome, Italy. He and his wife, Alicia, have been married over 20 years and are blessed with 7 children.

  • Father Ambrose Criste is a Norbertine canon regular from St. Michael's Abbey in Orange County, California. He grew up in Colorado and graduated from Colorado College with a degree in Classics/History/Politics. He won the Rhodes Scholarship and began a graduate degree at Oxford University before answering God's call to religious life and the priesthood. He entered the monastery in 2000, made solemn profession in 2006, and was ordained a priest in 2008. He finished his priestly studies in Rome with pontifical degrees from the Pontifical University of St. Thomas Aquinas (the Angelicum) and the Pontifical Gregorian University. He has served in various roles for his abbey community, including vocations director, novice master, and director of seminary formation. He currently resides at Corpus Christi Priory in Springfield, Illinois, and is the director of the Evermode Institute, a new program of catechetical formation.

  • Daniel Catone serves as Founder of Arimathea, providing both strategic direction and spiritual leadership for the firm. He works closely with institutional and individual clients to advance a disciplined investment approach grounded in Catholic moral teaching. 

    Daniel brings decades of experience leading and advising investment firms responsible for more than $5 billion in client assets. His background in foundation, strategic, and operational leadership, combined with a Master’s degree in Catholic theology, uniquely positions him to integrate financial rigor with doctrinal fidelity.

    Inspired by St. Thomas the Apostle, Daniel approaches markets with intellectual seriousness, conviction, and a grounded faith. He is also deeply interested in archaeology and ancient history, particularly the ways in which civilization and belief have shaped human flourishing.

35 minutes from downtown Denver

The best way to get to the Hilton Denver City Center is by flying into Denver International Airport, located 35 minutes from downtown Denver.

Transportation

You may take a rideshare or Denver’s Regional Transportation District to the hotel. From Denver International Airport, take the A-Line train to Union Station, then transfer to the free 16th Street Mall shuttle and get off at 16th & Champa. From there, it’s a short walk to the Denver Hilton City Center.

Holy Ghost Church

Downtown Denver

SENT is honored to celebrate Mass at the historic Holy Ghost Church in downtown Denver, which is staffed by the Oblates of the Virgin Mary. The church also offers daily Eucharistic Adoration from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., providing Summit attendees the opportunity to visit and spend time in prayer throughout the day.

  • We offer a full refund if cancelled by July 15, 2026, a 50% partial refund if cancelled between July 16 and August 7, 2026, and no refund will be issued after August 7, 2026.

  • Registration closes 14 days prior to the Summit.

  • Your registration covers 4 days of programming, including small group sessions and networking opportunities, with most meals provided. Please note that lodging is not included in the registration cost, as many attendees prefer to make their own arrangements.
