ABOUT Michael Lipic

Michael’s career has been shaped by a passion for faith, family, and serving others through business, entreprenership, and investing.   

After college, he spent more than 20 years advancing through executive roles in Corporate America, holding financial and operational leadership positions with Baxter Healthcare, Ameritech, and Qwest Communications.  Along the way, he also embarked on several entrepreneurial endeavors, founding and managing two small investment funds and establishing two consulting practices.  

In 2010, inspired to leave corporate life and pursue a path better aligned with his faith, Michael co-founded Serviam, LLC.  Founded on explicit Christian principles, Serviam grew into a highly profitable IT advisory and consultancy firm with more than 20 employees and a distinctive reputation for cultivating exceptional customer and vendor relationships.  Since leaving Serviam in 2024, Michael is actively working with several Catholic entrepreneurs through investment, mentoring, business development, and operational support. 

A Certified Public Accountant, Michael holds a Master of Management degree from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Indiana University.  He and his family live in Denver where they enjoy the many activities of the Colorado outdoors.
