Registrants may receive a 100% refund if requested by April 30th. After that date, we will grant refunds of 50% or else you may transfer your ticket to another individual anytime before May 11th.

We take the health and safety of our attendees, guests, and speakers very seriously and thus ask that if you exhibit any covid symptoms in the week leading up to the event, please do not come.
Masks are not currently required in Texas but if anything changes regarding Covid mandates we will communicate them to all attendees immediately.

Dress code is business casual. Most events will be indoors, but our dinners will be outside. If desired, attendees may pack and bring with them dressier attire for Thursday evening’s social. The forecast is hot and humid, however, so short sleeved shirts and shorts are acceptable. Be advised that indoor spaces will be air conditioned, so it may be a good idea to bring a warmer layer for particularly cool indoor spaces.

Long-term covered parking is available at the Moran Center Parking Garage for those staying for the duration of the event and not wishing to frequently move their vehicle: 3807 Graustark St., Houston, TX 77006. See an event coordinator to obtain tokens to waive parking cost.
Individuals coming in for the day can find ample on-street parking up and down Yoakum Blvd, nearest Summit events being held at CSHP (Center for Science and Health Professions) on Campus Map or at the Black Lab parking garage on Campus Map.

Hotel Zaza is honoring requests for attendees to arrive a day early or leave a day later at the same rate. People wanting to do that should call to make their reservation rather than booking online.
