HUBSPOT ADMINISTRATOR
Position’s Core Function
Own SENT’s HubSpot architecture end to end, serving as the primary gatekeeper for data hygiene, CRM configuration, marketing automation, and general reporting.
Manage secondary systems and integrations (Stripe, Hivebrite, Zapier, Make, and Airtable), ensuring they seamlessly communicate with HubSpot and operate effectively.
Enable cross-functional teams to leverage our tech stack, build reliable workflows, and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities
Primary: HubSpot Administration & Architecture
CRM Governance: Design, build, and optimize custom objects, properties, pipeline stages, and user permissions to maintain a scalable data model.
Automation & Sequences: Build and manage sophisticated marketing automation, email sequences, and internal operations workflows within HubSpot.
Reporting & Dashboards: Build, customize, and maintain general performance reports and recurring dashboards to provide insights to Community Success and Leadership teams.
Data Hygiene: Actively monitor, clean, and deduplicate member and operational data to ensure a single source of truth.
Secondary: System Integration & Platform Management
Connected Tech Stack: Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot platforms integrated with HubSpot, including Stripe, Hivebrite, Zapier, Make, and Airtable.
Workflow Building: Build and optimize automation workflows both natively within these secondary tools and via middleware (Zapier/Make) to keep data syncing perfectly.
Issue Resolution: Resolve incoming operational tickets regarding billing, access, automations, and data discrepancies across the entire tech stack.
Process Documentation: Monitor and document technical workflows, integration mappings, and system dependencies to prevent single points of failure.
Continuous Improvement: Dedicate 10% of time to researching, testing, and implementing new operational solutions or system improvements to reduce repeat technical friction.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
HubSpot Expertise: Proven track record of managing a complex HubSpot instance as an administrator or operations specialist.
Systems Integration: Strong understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and building custom workflows using Zapier or Make.
Multi-Platform Management: Comfortable jumping into other tools (like Stripe, Airtable, or community platforms like Hivebrite) to configure settings or troubleshoot native issues.
Data Precision: Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to organize, clean, and manage large datasets with precision.
Certifications: Official HubSpot Certifications (e.g., HubSpot Certified Administrator, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Automation) are highly desired.
Communication & Collaboration: Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable supporting multiple teams with competing technical requests.
Autonomy
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, taking clear ownership of the system from day one.
